One Day at a Time

It’s been a long, hard journey to get where I am today. And by that I mean, to get where I’m feeling better about myself, a bit more confident—just a bit—and learning to relax. I wasn’t going to turn this website into a blog because I already own and operate GNL Magazine, a woman-centric video games and tech website. But I love writing! And I have so much to say and prefer writing over speaking. So, here it is. A blog about my daily life and preparing for my move abroad later this year.

Today is such a chill day. Fairly uneventful and that’s a good thing. When I was younger I didn’t appreciate how wonderful “nothing happening” was. Now, I’m all for it. No new bills, no notifications of someone passing away—family and friends just living, no illnesses, or at least no news of further deterioration of illnesses. Today, life is good. Every day is a new beginning and today was lovely.
